Terms of Use

Effective: June 13, 2026

By downloading or using MaxQ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms supplement the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA governs.

License

MaxQ grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

MaxQ Pro subscriptions

• MaxQ Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; if you subscribe during the trial, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; current prices appear on the paywall.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide. Launch data is provided by The Space Devs (Launch Library 2) and is offered without warranty of accuracy or timeliness.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Launch schedules change frequently; MaxQ is not liable for missed launches, delayed notifications, or reliance on any displayed time.
